API600 gate valve, we strictly inspect casting raw materials, for example before process, we need to check its surface, dimension, thickness, sand holes, etc., which should totally according to API600 standards. We also need to check its dimensions during every process. After finishing process, before assembly every parts need do shot-blasting and cleaning.
After aseembly, our inspector make pressure testing for each valve, also need to inspect dimensions and quality.
