Who We Are – Specialized Ball Valve Manufacturer

J-VALVES focuses on one product family and does it thoroughly: industrial ball valves. Our engineering team designs and manufactures floating, trunnion mounted, high-platform, metal-seated, fully welded, forged steel, DBB and three-way/four-way ball valves, in manual, pneumatic and electric actuated versions.


We serve projects where valve failure is not an option: oil & gas pipelines, FPSO and offshore platforms, LNG and cryogenic systems, seawater desalination plants, and EPC/OEM contracts. Each market has its own requirements book - NACE MR0175 sour service, fire-safe API 607, cryogenic extension bonnets, FBE coating for buried seawater lines - and our job is to match every requirement with the right valve, documents and test evidence.

Producing Department

The production department turns approved drawings into finished valves. From raw material procurement and CNC machining to assembly, pressure testing and final inspection, every batch moves through a documented process flow, and each valve carries its own serial number for full traceability.

Our fully welded ball valve line is built around precision welding workstations that fuse body and connections with controlled heat input - giving trunk pipeline valves a leak-free, maintenance-free welded body from 2" up to 56".

Low-Temperature Laboratory

The low-temperature laboratory studies valve performance at -196°C and below, using liquid nitrogen and helium circulation systems with a controlled cooling box to test sealing performance, strength, fatigue life and material brittle transition of cryogenic ball valves for LNG service.
