The Stainless Steel Flange Floating 2PC Ball Valve with Pneumatic Actuator and additional components like the Limit Switch, Air Filter, and Solenoid Valve (available in 150LB, 300LB, and 600LB options) is designed for long-distance control in pipelines. The pneumatic actuator allows for faster opening and closing speeds compared to a handle or worm gear. It also provides the ability to adjust the speed of operation. The 2PC flange ball valve features a floating solid ball design with API607 fire safe and anti-static device design. This type of ball valve is commonly used in the oil and gas industry. Soft seat and metal seat options are available depending on the medium being handled. For corrosive mediums, a metal seat is recommended. Before installation, the air pressure required to operate the pneumatic actuator should be confirmed. This will determine the appropriate type of actuator to use. If the air pressure is low, a low torque pneumatic actuator should be chosen. It is also important to ensure that the valve torque is suitable for the selected actuator.
