JIS10K flange stainless steel ball valve conforms to the JIS standard and is widely used in countries like Japan, Korea, and Vietnam. However, China is the largest manufacturing hub for this product. The JIS10K ball valve is a soft seat type, ensuring zero leakage and providing enhanced safety compared to metal seats. The main seat materials used for this valve include PTFE, RPTFE, PTFE+Carbon, PTFE+glass fiber, PPL, PEEK, VITON, and more. The floating ball valve has a compact size, making it easy to install and maintain, and it has a long lifespan. Additionally, the floating JIS10K flange ball valve requires minimal torque to operate, and it is equipped with an ISO5211 mounting pad for actuators. Stainless steel JIS10K ball valves can be manufactured as either floating or fixed type, depending on the pressure requirements of the pipelines. While the floating type can be operated with light torque, it is recommended to use a worm or actuator for the trunnion type ball valve.
