Stainless Steel Flange 2PC Ball Valve, is a kind of floating and soft seat ball valve with zero leakage class ball valve. It is suitable for high performance environment. Flange Ball Valve open and close by the ball inside, ball could turn 90 degree by stem and handle, it could cut off or change direction of medium. It is very convenient for remote control. And flange ball valve is good at high pressure and high temperature in different pipelines. Flange ball valve use soft seat and sealing to avoid leakage.
Stainless Steel Flange Ball Valve, there are three choices for valve operation type, one is no pad with handle, one is normal pad with locking device, last one is high mounting pad with handle or actuators, including pneumatic actuator or electric actuator, and for pneumatic actuator, there are single action and double action types, which also could add solenoid valve, limit switch and air filter. Generally speaking, for normal pressure and small size, we could use floating type, for high pressure and bigger size, should use trunnion mounted type. Stainless steel flange ball valve mostly use solid ball, solid ball is forged steel, it could avoid leakage and could bear bigger pressure during operation.
