Flange Stainless Steel Ball Valve is used for connect & cut off fluid medium on pipelines. Stainless Steel Ball Valve has metal seat for high temperature application, Ni55 & Ni60 are common materials for metal seat.  If for soft seat, it could use PTFE, RPTFE, PPL, PEEK materials, which can reach zero leakage class. Stainless Steel Ball Valve's seat ring is not fixed, easy to remove, so it is simple for maintenance. Stainless Steel Flange Ball Valve, there are three choices for valve operation type, one is no pad with handle, one is normal pad with locking device, last one is high mounting pad with handle or actuators, including pneumatic actuator or electric actuator, and for pneumatic actuator, there are single action and double action types, which also could add solenoid valve, limit switch and air filter. Generally speaking, for normal pressure and small size, we could use floating type, for high pressure and bigger size, should use trunnion mounted type.
