Premium A105 Forged Steel Material:The valve body is integrally forged from high‑quality ASTM A105 carbon steel, with tensile strength ≥ 485 MPa and yield strength ≥ 250 MPa. It features a dense grain structure, free from casting defects, and excellent fatigue resistance. It meets the stringent pressure‑bearing requirements of PN100 high‑pressure class (10.0 MPa) and is suitable for non‑corrosive media such as water, oil and gas.
Two‑Piece Body Design:The valve consists of a main body and a side body connected by bolts and gaskets, featuring a compact structure. The DN25 valve weighs approximately 2–4 kg, allowing easy installation in dense high‑pressure pipe racks and confined equipment spaces. The detachable design enables convenient maintenance of the internal ball and seats.
Floating Ball with High‑Pressure Self‑Sealing:The ball has no fixed support shaft and floats slightly along the flow direction under medium pressure, forming a tight seal with the downstream seat. Under PN100 high pressure, the medium pressure pushes the ball against the seat; the sealing specific pressure increases with rising pressure, achieving pressure‑activated self‑sealing. Sealing performance is enhanced under high‑pressure conditions.
High‑Pressure Flanged Connection:Both ends are equipped with Type B (raised face) or Type E (ring joint face) flanges complying with EN 1092‑1 PN100. For DN25, the flange outer diameter is 140 mm, bolt circle diameter 100 mm, with 4 × M20 bolts, and flange thickness 24 mm, ensuring reliable connection and tightness at 10.0 MPa.
Full Bore Design:The DN25 full bore matches the pipeline inner diameter, delivering extremely low flow resistance with a Cv value of approximately 25. It satisfies low‑pressure‑drop requirements in high‑pressure systems, has no dead zones, avoids fouling accumulation, and reduces medium residue.
Fire‑Safe Design:Compliant with API 607. In the event of fire damage to PTFE/RPTFE seats, metal‑to‑metal secondary sealing forms between the metal body and ball, preventing medium leakage under fire conditions.

Emergency Seat Injection
Emergency grease in jection fitting forseat rings are standard for6" and larger valves and as option on sizes 2"-4".
An eedle valve, complete with non return check valve is screwed in the bodyand connected to theseatrings.
The emergency sealantinjection can temporarily solve leakage problems, seatsshall be re paired at the first opportunity.
For valves smaller than 6" seat sealant in jection fitting can beprovided in the body cavity
Body Vent & Drain
All J-VALVES SPE TMBV are complete with ascrewed NPT Plug, located in thelower side of the body completedraining of the body cavity.
For valves up to size 4"the drain and vent are combined in oneport.
Extended Stem
Extended stem is supplied for Underground in stalla tion.
The stem seals arelocated inthe body Gland Plate.
The stem extension isnot affected by eventual stem seal failure.
Double Piston Effect
Extended bonnets are available for Cryogenic or high temperature service or special applications requiring this facility features.
