J-VALVES
A105 Forged Steel Material: The valve body is integrally forged from ASTM A105 forged steel with fine grain and uniform microstructure. It features high strength, high toughness and excellent pressure resistance, suitable for ultra-high pressure working conditions of Class 2500 and above.
Trunnion Mounted Design: The ball is connected to the valve body via upper and lower trunnion shafts. Sliding bearings and thrust bearings bear medium pressure, so the operating torque is not affected by pressure differential, ensuring low-torque operation for large-bore high-pressure valves.
Hydraulic Automatic Control System: Integrated servo hydraulic actuator supports 4-20mA analog regulation, on-off control and fieldbus communication, realizing precise positioning, proportional regulation and programmed control of the valve.
Dual Piston Effect (DPE) Seat: The seat adopts a dual piston effect design to achieve reliable bidirectional sealing regardless of medium flow direction and support DBB function.
Flange Connection: Available in RF (Raised Face) and RTJ (Ring Type Joint) flange types in accordance with ASME B16.5 standard, ensuring sealing reliability under ultra-high pressure conditions.
Fire Safe Design: Compliant with API 6FA / API 607 standards. The secondary metal sealing structure maintains tightness even in fire scenarios to prevent medium leakage.
Anti-static Device: Built-in anti-static springs and grounding device ensure the resistance between ball, stem and valve body is less than 10Ω, eliminating static accumulation risks.
Anti-blowout Stem Design: The one-piece forged anti-blowout stem is equipped with multiple seals to prevent stem ejection under abnormal pressure conditions.
Emergency Sealant Injection System: API 6D standard grease injection valves are fitted at seat and stem areas. Sealant can be injected in emergency to achieve temporary sealing and leakage remediation.
Fail-Safe Mode: The hydraulic system is optional with Fail Open (FO), Fail Close (FC) or Fail Lock (FL) mode. Equipped with accumulator or spring return device to ensure safe state upon power failure.
Intelligent Diagnosis & Monitoring: Optional smart positioner, valve position transmitter and pressure sensor support HART, Profibus and Foundation Fieldbus communication, enabling predictive maintenance and fault diagnosis
