ASTM A216 WCB Cast Steel Material: The valve body is constructed from ASTM A216 WCB cast steel, which offers high strength and good corrosion resistance, enabling long-term stable operation under harsh working conditions.
Two-piece Design: The valve body is split into two sections, facilitating easy maintenance and component replacement to minimize downtime. It also enhances the valves overall structural strength and sealing performance.
Trunnion Mounted Design: The ball is secured to the valve body via trunnions, providing additional support to ensure smooth operation under medium and high-pressure conditions and reduce the load on the valve seat.
Superior Sealing Performance: Equipped with high-performance elastic valve seats, it delivers excellent bidirectional sealing performance and ensures the valve maintains a tight seal under all operating conditions.
