CF8 Stainless Steel Material:The valve body is cast from ASTM A351 CF8 (304) stainless steel, which delivers excellent corrosion resistance, oxidation resistance and hygienic performance. It is suitable for applications involving water, steam, oil products and weakly corrosive media.
Three-Way Flow Passage Design:The valve body is equipped with three ports. By rotating the ball by 90° or 180°, it realizes flow direction switching, diverting or converging of the medium. A single valve replaces the combination of multiple two-way valves, simplifying the pipeline layout.
L-Port: Enables switching between two flow directions (e.g., A→B or A→C), suitable for medium distribution or flow selection.
T-Port: Enables flow diversion, convergence or interconnection of three flow directions (e.g., A→B, A→C, B→C), providing more flexible functions.
Floating Ball Design:Under medium pressure, the ball fits tightly with the downstream seat to form a seal. The sealing effect is enhanced as the medium pressure increases. The structure is simple and the sealing performance is reliable.
Flanged Connection:RF (Raised Face) flanged connection is adopted in accordance with EN 1092-1 / DIN standards. The PN16 pressure rating ensures reliable connection under medium and low pressure conditions.
Pneumatic Actuator:Equipped with double-acting or single-acting (spring return) pneumatic actuator with an air supply pressure of 0.4~0.7 MPa, it achieves fast opening and closing (normally 2~5 seconds) and remote automatic control. It supports a 4~20 mA positioner for modulating control.

Emergency Seat Injection
Emergency grease in jection fitting forseat rings are standard for6" and larger valves and as option on sizes 2"-4".
An eedle valve, complete with non return check valve is screwed in the bodyand connected to theseatrings.
The emergency sealantinjection can temporarily solve leakage problems, seatsshall be re paired at the first opportunity.
For valves smaller than 6" seat sealant in jection fitting can beprovided in the body cavity
Body Vent & Drain
All J-VALVES SPE TMBV are complete with ascrewed NPT Plug, located in thelower side of the body completedraining of the body cavity.
For valves up to size 4"the drain and vent are combined in oneport.
Extended Stem
Extended stem is supplied for Underground in stalla tion.
The stem seals arelocated inthe body Gland Plate.
The stem extension isnot affected by eventual stem seal failure.
Double Piston Effect
Extended bonnets are available for Cryogenic or high temperature service or special applications requiring this facility features.
