X675 High-strength Material: The valve body is made of X675 series alloy steel or special stainless steel, featuring outstanding mechanical strength, impact resistance and high pressure resistance, suitable for high-pressure and high-stress working conditions.
Floating Ball Design: The ball floats freely under medium pressure and closely fits the downstream seat, achieving reliable bidirectional sealing and ensuring zero-leakage operation.
2-Piece / 3-Piece Valve Body Structure: Two-piece or three-piece body design allows convenient on-site maintenance, seat replacement and internal inspection, greatly reducing downtime.
Flange / Welded Connection: Available with RF flange connection and BW butt-welded connection, compliant with ASME B16.5 / B16.25 standards, ensuring connection strength and sealing reliability under high-pressure conditions.
API 6D Certified Design: Strictly designed and manufactured in accordance with API 6D Pipeline Valve Specification, meeting quality and performance requirements for long-distance pipelines and critical industrial applications.
Fire Safe Design: Compliant with API 607 / API 6FA standards. It maintains metal-to-metal sealing under extreme fire conditions to prevent secondary disasters caused by medium leakage.
Anti-static Device: Built-in anti-static spring and grounding device effectively conducts static electricity among the stem, ball and valve body, avoiding explosion hazards caused by static accumulation.
Blowout-Proof Stem Design: The stem adopts integral forging and blowout-proof structural design, preventing stem ejection under abnormal pressure and ensuring operational safety.
Optional DBB (Double Block and Bleed): Optional DBB function enables cavity pressure relief and isolation, satisfying safe operation requirements for high-risk working conditions.
Low Operating Torque: Optimized contact surface design of ball and seat, combined with low-friction sealing materials, significantly reduces valve opening and closing torque, facilitating manual operation and actuator selection

Emergency Seat Injection
Emergency grease in jection fitting forseat rings are standard for6" and larger valves and as option on sizes 2"-4".
An eedle valve, complete with non return check valve is screwed in the bodyand connected to theseatrings.
The emergency sealantinjection can temporarily solve leakage problems, seatsshall be re paired at the first opportunity.
For valves smaller than 6" seat sealant in jection fitting can beprovided in the body cavity
Body Vent & Drain
All J-VALVES SPE TMBV are complete with ascrewed NPT Plug, located in thelower side of the body completedraining of the body cavity.
For valves up to size 4"the drain and vent are combined in oneport.
Extended Stem
Extended stem is supplied for Underground in stalla tion.
The stem seals arelocated inthe body Gland Plate.
The stem extension isnot affected by eventual stem seal failure.
Double Piston Effect
Extended bonnets are available for Cryogenic or high temperature service or special applications requiring this facility features.
