J-VALVES
Nickel Aluminum Bronze Material (C95500): The valve body is made of ASTM B148 C95500 nickel aluminum bronze, containing alloy elements such as nickel, aluminum and iron. It features excellent low-temperature impact toughness, superior corrosion resistance and good mechanical strength, suitable for cryogenic and marine environments.
Special Reduced Bore Design (2″×5.5″): Reduced bore structure with 2-inch inlet and 5.5-inch outlet. It is applied to specific process sections in LNG systems requiring throttling pressure reduction, flow regulation or buffer expansion, optimizing medium flow characteristics.
Floating Ball Self-Tightening Seal: The ball floats freely under the pressure of LNG medium and closely fits the valve seat to form a reliable seal. It maintains stable sealing performance at low temperatures and realizes bubble-tight zero-leakage shutoff.
Two-Piece Valve Body Structure: Adopts a 2PC split body design for easy internal maintenance, cleaning and component replacement, reducing downtime for overhaul of LNG systems.
Cryogenic Service Adaptation: All materials are certified by low-temperature impact tests, maintaining stable mechanical performance and sealing reliability at temperatures down to -162℃ and below.
Extended Stem & Low-Temperature Packing: Equipped with an extended valve stem to keep the stuffing box away from cryogenic medium and avoid icing. Adopts special low-temperature combined packing to ensure dynamic sealing performance under cryogenic conditions.
Anti-Static Device: A built-in anti-static spring assembly ensures electrical continuity among the ball, stem and valve body. It prevents static accumulation generated by flowing LNG medium and reduces fire and explosion risks.
Blowout-Proof Stem Design: The integral blowout-proof stem structure securely locks the stem in position even under abnormal internal pressure, protecting operator and equipment safety.
Fire Safety Design: API 607 fire safety structure is optional. The metal seal can maintain structural integrity under extreme fire conditions and prevent secondary disasters caused by LNG leakage.
- Low Fugitive Emission: The stem seal adopts high-performance packing with dynamic loading design, meeting environmental emission requirements of LNG facilities and reducing methane escape.

Emergency Seat Injection
Emergency grease in jection fitting forseat rings are standard for6" and larger valves and as option on sizes 2"-4".
An eedle valve, complete with non return check valve is screwed in the bodyand connected to theseatrings.
The emergency sealantinjection can temporarily solve leakage problems, seatsshall be re paired at the first opportunity.
For valves smaller than 6" seat sealant in jection fitting can beprovided in the body cavity
Body Vent & Drain
All J-VALVES SPE TMBV are complete with ascrewed NPT Plug, located in thelower side of the body completedraining of the body cavity.
For valves up to size 4"the drain and vent are combined in oneport.
Extended Stem
Extended stem is supplied for Underground in stalla tion.
The stem seals arelocated inthe body Gland Plate.
The stem extension isnot affected by eventual stem seal failure.
Double Piston Effect
Extended bonnets are available for Cryogenic or high temperature service or special applications requiring this facility features.
