J-VALVES
Three-Piece Body Structure:The valve body consists of a left body, a right body and a center body. The center body serves as the chamber for installing the ball and seats, allowing online removal for internal inspection, seat replacement and ball maintenance without removing the valve from the pipeline. This greatly reduces downtime losses and is especially suitable for continuous production systems that cannot be shut down.
Butt Weld End Connection:Standard bevel butt weld connections are used between both ends of the valve body and the pipeline. All welded joints undergo 100% non-destructive examination, forming an integral continuous structure with the pipeline. There is no risk of leakage caused by gasket aging or bolt loosening as in flanged connections. The pressure-bearing capacity matches the pipeline rating, making it ideal for high-pressure, high-temperature and critical applications where leakage is prohibited.
Trunnion Mounted Ball Design:The ball is fixed to the valve body via upper and lower trunnions. The substantial thrust generated by medium pressure is absorbed by the bearing system, resulting in stable and extremely low operating torque. It avoids operational difficulties or seizure of floating ball valves under large-bore and high-pressure conditions, making it particularly suitable for high-pressure and large-diameter applications.
Full Bore or Reduced Bore Optional:The flow bore diameter can match the pipeline inner diameter (full bore) or be reduced as required. The full bore design enables pig passage with extremely low pressure drop; the reduced bore design lowers weight and cost, suitable for general flow control.
Double Seat Sealing System:Standard with double piston effect (DPE) seats for reliable bi-directional sealing. Single piston effect (SPE) self-relieving seats are available as an option to prevent abnormal overpressure in the body cavity, complying with different safety code requirements.

Emergency Seat Injection
Emergency grease in jection fitting forseat rings are standard for6" and larger valves and as option on sizes 2"-4".
An eedle valve, complete with non return check valve is screwed in the bodyand connected to theseatrings.
The emergency sealantinjection can temporarily solve leakage problems, seatsshall be re paired at the first opportunity.
For valves smaller than 6" seat sealant in jection fitting can beprovided in the body cavity
Body Vent & Drain
All J-VALVES SPE TMBV are complete with ascrewed NPT Plug, located in thelower side of the body completedraining of the body cavity.
For valves up to size 4"the drain and vent are combined in oneport.
Extended Stem
Extended stem is supplied for Underground in stalla tion.
The stem seals arelocated inthe body Gland Plate.
The stem extension isnot affected by eventual stem seal failure.
Double Piston Effect
Extended bonnets are available for Cryogenic or high temperature service or special applications requiring this facility features.
