Flanged Stainless Steel Three Way Ball Valve with ISO5211 Direct Mounting Pad ( T/L Port) 1/2~8 inch
Masoneilan Valve offer flange three way flange ball valve with L port or T port in ISO5211 high mounting pad design, suitable for pneumatic actuator, electric actuator or handle directly. Flange three way ball valve design with fire safe and anti-static device for safety operation. L port is used for flow switch, could connect two channels that are perpendicular to each other,T-type is suitable for medium splitting, confluence or flow direction switching. Flange three way ball valve has soft seat in PTFE/RPTFE/PPL/PEEK, as well as metal seat for high temperature.
Three- and four-way have an L- or T-shaped hole through the middle. The different combinations of flow are shown in the figure. It is easy to see that a T valve can connect any pair of ports, or all three, together, but the 45 degree position which might disconnect all three leaves no margin for error. The L valve can connect the center port to either side port, or disconnect all three, but it cannot connect the side ports together.
Flange 3 Way Bal Valve is a true multi-way ball valve with balanced 4-seat construction. This full port valve is available in a variety of flow plans which can replace multiple 2-way valves in a process system. A standard ISO 5211 pattern mounting pad allows for easy assembly of pneumatic and electric actuators.
