150LB A351-CF8 Stainless Steel 1'' DN25 Flange Gate Valve Rising Stem
Stainless Steel flange gate valve is suitable for ANSI class 150LB~2500LB, PN2.0~16.0 Mpa, JIS10K~20K, working temperature is -29~425℃(carbon steel) and -40~500℃(stainless steel). Stainless Steel gate valve is use to cut off or connect fluid medium in pipeline. Stainless steel flange gate valve is applicable for water, oil, steam, oil nitric acid, acetic acid, strong oxdizing medium and urea, etc. by choosing different materials. Handwheel, manual, bevel gear and actuator operation are available.
Stainless steel flange gate valve has rising stem and non-rising stem structure, mainly produce in API/ASME, JIS, DIN/EN, GB standards with different dimensions. Stainless Steel gate valve is upper seal design, have more reliable sealing when gate open and close fully. The sealing surfaces of the gate and valve seat are made of iron-based alloy surfacing or stellite cobalt-based hard alloy surfacing, which is wear-resistant, high-temperature resistant, corrosion-resistant, scratch-resistant and has a long service life.The valve stem is quenched and tempered and surface nitrided, which has good corrosion resistance, scratch resistance and wear resistance.
