API Flange Carbon Steel Globe Valve, also called as stop valve, it designs in straight type, angle type and bellows sealed type for different operation. Carbon steel globe valve is a unidirectional valve, it must have a arrows on valve body to indicate installation direction. Carbon steel globe valve pressure could make from 150LB to 2500LB, different pressure use for different pipeline needs. Generally for 2500LB pressure, we will suggest to use butt welded ends for better sealing. Carbon steel globe valve is used for a control valve, also used for on-off service. Globe valve stem nut use bronze material, with thrust bearing design to make it easily open and close. Two piece design of packing gland to avoid stem clogging. Stainless Steel Globe Valve, generally is bolted bonnet design. If have big pressure, suggest to use self-sealing design to avoid leakage caused by big pressure through valves.
